Sometimes you need to almost touch and feel to realise it’s true value. Utilising 3D film equipment together with our technical partners we filmed a prestigious property in Regents Park, delivering the final film on Blu Ray to be shown to prospective purchasers in Moscow and Singapore.

The brief: 3D Video Marketing
A marketing video was required for a prestigious property within Regents Park London, to be viewed in Russia and the Far East. When selling to a select group of buyers with the funds (30 million pounds plus) to afford such a property the images need to grab the prospective purchaser instantly. 3D was deemed to give that ‘as if you were there’ experience, with models included to create a more animated presentation. The production time of the film was limited due to client requirements and the property had to be filmed, edited and delivered on Blu Ray within 5 days.

The Solution: 3D Property Video
3D Expertise: Our in house team were trained at the Sony 3D centre in Basingstoke but with 3D having such a small pool of expertise in the UK and the time constraint we teamed up with Paradise FX (‘Dredd’ & ‘All Stars’) and their stereographer, Phil Humpries, to enable us to utilise their top end 3D equipment in filming this luxury property.
The data collection and delivery was key as we only had two days to film the property and Mission Digital (‘Hugo 3D’) provided the fast delivery mechanism enabling a rapid turnaround in editing.
There was only three days in editing before the final 3D video content needed to be delivered to the replication house for the next stage, Blu Ray.

Summary: 3D Marketing
We filmed the property in the required two day period , edited and delivered the first 3D property marketing film in the UK with six chapters in the prescribed 3 days. The Blu Ray disc was then replicated and the 3D film taken out to Russia and then Asia where it was used in marketing presentations leading to the sale of the property.
